Thank You for your work. But help me please. There is something wrong with bones after import to Blender. What should I do to fix this? Another question is that long idle time before the animation start (175 frames). Should it be like this?

You can bring the keyframes back to 1, it won't cause any problem.

About the bones orientation, Does it cause any problem on skinned meshes? i know sometimes blender doesn't draw bones correctly but it's just visually wrong, not technically. Let me know.
